Rooms Division
Rooms Division rotational job placements include Guest Service Representative, Bell Attendant, Valet Parker, Communications Center Operator, and Reservations Sales Agent, and the Housekeeping Department.
Food and Beverage Operations
Food and Beverage rotational job placements include Restaurant Host/Hostess, Cashier, Dining Room Server, In-Room Dining Attendant, Banquet Server, Banquet Bartender, Banquet Houseperson, Bartender, Cocktail Server, Service Bartender, Bar Back, Poolside Server, and Snack Bar Attendant.
Culinary
Culinary interns will rotate through several kitchen stations including the hot line, hot prep, buffets, banquet kitchens, bake shop, and garden manger, and will concentrate in an area in which they have a particular interest or expertise.
Recreation
Recreation interns rotate through Leisure Activities Department operational areas including the Health Club, Pools, Bicycle Rentals, Poolside Activities, Camp Castaway (Children's Programs), Family Activities, Teen Programs, and Conference Group Recreational Programs.
Retailing
Retail interns will be assigned to Latitudes, Ltd., the resort's 1000 sq. ft. apparel, gift, and sundry retail store. Interns will be responsible for sales, cashiering, merchandising, and inventory management, and will be given opening and closing responsibilities.
Combination Programs
Combination programs involving any of the above listed departments are permitted. Examples include "Rooms/Food and Beverage;" "Food and Beverage/Culinary;" and "Rooms /Recreation." Combo programs are designed for one year internship students only.
